Returns: Returns will be accepted up to 30 calendar days from date a customer receives an order.All returned products must be undamaged and in original condition and/or packaging for full refund. Molding drones must be unmodified.
We do not refund shipping charges on returned items.
Returned items will be inspected and refunds will be issued within three business days of the receipt of returned items.
Exchanges: Exchange orders will be accepted up to 30 calendar days from date a customer receives an order. All exchanged products must be undamaged and in original condition and / or packaging. Molding drones must be unmodified.
We do not refund shipping charges on exchanged items. If the items sent back to the customer do not qualify for free shipping, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Undeliverable Packages: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address the USPS/FedEx recognizes and will deliver to. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable the customer will be responsible for subsequent shipping charges and all subequent shipments will be sent with signature confirmation required. If a package is returned as undeliverable and the custormer elects to cancel the order for a refund we will refund the order minus shipping charges incurred by DIY Holsters, LLC.
Customer pickup (will call) orders: Due to heavy weekend order volume customer pick up / will call arrangements may only be made Tuesday through Thursday. We cannot arrange Monday or Friday pickups. Contact us prior to placing will-call orders AND let us know in your order comments. Otherwise we might ship your package inadvertently.
All standard orders once paid (unless otherwise noted) will ship within one to two business days from the time they are placed/paid. If an order is placed on Monday, it should ship out by Tuesday or Wednesday. If an order is placed on Friday, it should ship out by Monday or Tuesday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Most orders placed on weekdays before 2pm EST will ship the same day
We are now offering free shipping on all orders that do not include thermoform sheet, mold presses, press foam or certain other products.
- Orders weighing 15.9oz or less (that qualify for free shipping) will ship via USPS First Class Mail
- Orders weighing 16oz or more (that qualify for free shipping) will ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx at our discretion
- Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will ship via the customer's choice of FedEx or USPS
The customer will be notified when their order ships and will be provided with the delivery confirmation or tracking number. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address and to ensure that a person is present to receive the order when it arrives. We cannot accommodate special shipping requests, for example, "Leave package at front desk."
Orders are insured up to the default provided for a particular shipping method. Any insurance claims will be limited to that amount. If additional insurance is required it is the customer's responsibility to request and pay for these services.
While we cannot extend our domestic free shipping policy to our international customers, we do now accept international orders. Please email email@example.com for assistance with placing your international order. International orders may be shipped USPS or FedEx based on package weight and dimensions.
Please note: International orders will be processed within 48-72 hours of order placement. Extra time is needed to process these due to customs paperwork. In most cases your order will be processed faster but please allow 48-72 hours. Once your order has been processed you will receive tracking information.
Olight Warranty and Returns
Please contact us via email or phone for a return authorization number before sending any items back whether it is for repair, exchange, or a return. Return shipments that do not include an RMA number will be returned to sender.
Returns are accepted in their original state new and unused within 30 days upon the customer receiving that item. If there was a shipping charge, it will not be refunded unless the items that were received are either wrong or defective. All original accessories, packaging, etc. must be included in new condition with a return or exchange. If the item shows any signs of wear or use, a refund will not be issued and the item will be sent back to you. All Items must be shipped to us within one week from receiving the return authorization number from us. Processing returns and exchanges take 3-5 business days. If it is an exchange, the customer will receive an additional tracking number for that item via the email that was used for the order after it has been processed.
Within 30 days of purchase: Return the product to the retailer you purchased it from and they will replace or repair it. Period.
Within 5 years of purchase: Return the product to Olight and we will repair or replace it as long as the light is not working because of factory defects. This does not include obvious user wear or extreme damage. *Exceptions listed below
After 5 years of purchase: Return the product to Olight and we will repair or replace it. We will assess the fees involved and will let you know once we receive it.
The Omni-Dok is also under Olight’s 5 year warranty.
Of course, this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. IF YOUR LIGHT HAS SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE AND IT IS SENT TO US, WE WILL SEND IT BACK TO YOU. This warranty also does NOT cover modifications, misuse, disintegrations, negligence, accidents, improper maintenance, or repair by anyone other than an Authorized retailer or Olight itself. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. Please note that the warranty process may take 3-4 weeks to get it back to you.
*Accessories such as pocket clips, holsters, and charging cables are not under the 5 year warranty. These are accessories given for free with our products.
Headlamps, PL Mini, and PL Mini 2 weapon lights are currently under a 2 year warranty.
Batteries are currently under a 1 year warranty.
