Returns: Returns will be accepted up to 30 calendar days from date a customer receives an order. All returned products must be undamaged and in original condition and/or packaging for full refund. Molding drones must be unmodified. Orders placed via our Amazon or eBay stores must be processed through those marketplaces. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges for other marketplaces.

We do not refund shipping charges on returned items.

Returned items will be inspected and refunds will be issued within three business days of the receipt of returned items.

Exchanges: Exchange orders will be accepted up to 30 calendar days from date a customer receives an order. All exchanged products must be undamaged and in original condition and / or packaging. Molding drones must be unmodified. Orders placed via our Amazon or eBay stores must be processed through those marketplaces. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges for other marketplaces.

We do not refund shipping charges on exchanged items.  If the items sent back to the customer do not qualify for free shipping, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Undeliverable Packages:  It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address the USPS/FedEx recognizes and will deliver to.  If a package is returned to us as undeliverable the customer will be responsible for subsequent shipping charges and all subsequent shipments will be sent with signature confirmation required.  If a package is returned as undeliverable and the customer elects to cancel the order for a refund we will refund the order minus shipping charges incurred by DIY Holster, LLC.

Customer pickup (will-call) orders: Due to heavy weekend order volume customer pick up / will call arrangements may only be made Tuesday through Friday. We cannot arrange Monday pickups.  Contact us prior to placing will-call orders AND let us know in your order comments.  Otherwise we might ship your package inadvertently.

Shipping (Domestic):
All standard orders once paid (unless otherwise noted) will ship within one to two business days from the time they are placed/paid. If an order is placed on Monday, it should ship out by Tuesday or Wednesday. If an order is placed on Friday, it should ship out by Monday or Tuesday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.  Most orders placed on weekdays before 2pm EST will ship the same day
 
We are now offering free shipping on all orders that do not include thermoform sheet, mold presses, press foam or certain other products. This includes certain "Moth Series" Molding Drones as well as Bender's Helper tooling.

  • Orders for weighing 15.9oz or less (that qualify for free shipping) will ship via USPS First Class Mail
  • Orders for weighing 16oz or more (that qualify for free shipping) will ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx at our discretion
  • Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will ship via the customer's choice of FedEx or USPS

The customer will be notified when their order ships and will be provided with the delivery confirmation or tracking number. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address and to ensure that a person is present to receive the order when it arrives. We cannot accommodate special shipping requests, for example, "Leave package at front desk."

Orders are insured up to the default provided for a particular shipping method.  Any insurance claims will be limited to that amount.  If additional insurance is required it is the customer's responsibility to request and pay for these services.

Shipping (International):
While we cannot extend our domestic free shipping policy to our international customers, we do now accept international orders. Please email customerservice@diyholster.com for assistance with placing your international order. International orders may be shipped USPS or FedEx based on package weight and dimensions. Please note - we no longer ship via DHL Express International.

Please note:  International orders will be processed within 48-72 hours of order placement. Extra time is needed to process these due to customs paperwork. In most cases your order will be processed faster but please allow 48-72 hours. Once your order has been processed you will receive tracking information.

Net 10,15, and 30-Day terms update:

  • Effective immediately no new Net 10, 15, or 30-day accounts will be accepted.
  • Effective immediately no new orders for current customers requiring net terms will be accepted without a credit card on file. If you do not have a card on file with us your order will not be released for shipment until you do. In-process orders will remain unaffected.
  • Customers seeking net terms with DIY Holster, LLC should take advantage of our relationship with PayPal and apply for PayPal Credit or seek another Net 30 alternative lender.

 Custom order policy update:

  • Effective June 1, 2019 any custom (except Bronze, Silver, or Gold Plans) order or any order exceeding $500.00 will require a deposit of one half down prior to the order being released or shipped.
  • Custom logo Quick Clip Plan orders (Bronze, Silver, Gold) will still be invoiced in 3 installments. However, the first installment must now be paid via credit card so we have your payment information on file. The remaining two installments may be paid via PayPal if that is your preferred payment method.
